Demarcus is a great trainer and inspiration. He’s not a trainer who yells “DROP AND GIVE ME 50!!!” He encourages you to go at your own level and pace. Then, once he knows your limits - he pushes you to your maximum ability. I am now able to fit in the jeans I hadn’t been able to wear in 3 years, 5 months before I had planned. This is only the beginning. #staytuned

What's your approach to achieving results for your clients?    Observe, Assess, Plan and Execute... I believe in an individual approach with each client I have. There is no perfect one size fits all formula for achieving results. Therefore, it's important to create a plan that any specific client can not only understand, but believe in and be excited about it as well!.

What's your favorite part of being a Personal Trainer?   You have not lived until you can use your knowledge and gift to help change a person's life. I don't believe in quick fixes. I believe in lifelong changes in your physical and emotional appearance.
