If there is anything I am uncomfortable with she finds another move that will work for me and still fit in the work out. She makes things fun and challenging. We switch up our workouts so it is never boring.

How long have you been a Personal Trainer: Over 6 years

Training & Certification: Bachelor of Science- Kinesiology, Minor - Nutrition at TWU.  NCSF, NESTA, & CPR Certified.

What's your approach to achieving results for your clients? I focus on functional training and a well structured, customized nutrition plan. Setting a consistent schedule and routine so that my clients know exactly what he/she is expected to plan to do each day (workouts, meals, water intake, sleep habits etc.) whether that's training with me or the workouts they are to do on their own. About every 3-4 weeks we re-evaluate and set new goals, making adjustments to the meal plan and workouts as needed to continue to progress.

What's your favorite part of being a Personal Trainer?  My favorite part of training is celebrating the little success along the journey and seeing the smiles, excitement and feeling of accomplishment on my client's face after achieving their goals or making continued progress. Seeing and experiencing the physical, mental and emotional transformations with my clients that this journey provides is what gets me fired up!

Name 3 things you can't live without! Pizza, cake and sunshine...assuming my fitness routine and quality time with the family is a given.
